Returns and Refunds

At Afsana Traders, we strive to provide high-quality industrial automation products. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for products listed as “Only for Parts” – please check the product listing carefully before purchasing.
3. Fees & Charges
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Duty Charges: Any applicable customs duties or taxes on returned items must be paid by the buyer.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Purchase Order (PO) Number
- Payment Receipt
